- We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, product thinking, and leadership skills to deliver impactful, production-grade AI systems aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Ownership & Product-Driven Delivery AI/ML Solution Development System Architecture & Engineering Leadership & Mentorship Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Required Skills & Qualifications Strong programming experience in Python . Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks . Expertise in Azure cloud services (or equivalent cloud platforms) . Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures . Solid background in backend development and API design . Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments . Strong understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices . Preferred Qualifications Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Experience in leading technical teams or projects Skill Set Python-Langchain, Python, Azure, Kafka
