platforms and orchestration frameworks Responsible AI, governance, and compliance (BFSI) Cloud-native and data platform architecture Architecture governance and design authority Strong client-facing and solution leadership experience Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end AI and Agentic AI architectures across data, model, orchestration, and engagement layers Define enterprise AI reference architecture, autonomy boundaries, and human-in-the-loop controls Design and manage multi-agent workflows, prompt chains, and orchestration frameworks Ensure Responsible AI practices including security, privacy, explainability, lineage, and auditability Translate BFSI business requirements into scalable AI solutions Guide selection of cloud platforms, data architectures, LLMs, and MLOps frameworks Support pre-sales activities, architecture reviews, and technical governance Establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, and best practices Required Experience 12+ years in architecture, data engineering, or platform engineering 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI architecture Strong domain expertise in BFSI (Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Insurance) Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks Proven experience designing secure and compliant enterprise systems Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level communication skills
