AI Engineer As a Senior Recruiter at Fanning- Masis, I assist my client companies, investment firms located in and around Boston, with their candidate recruitment process. I'm writing to inform you that one of my client companies, an investment firm located in Boston, is seeking an AI Engineer. This individual will be tasked with designing and deploying AI powered workflows that reduce manual work in firm operations, creating intelligent systems that organize, classify, summarize, and make historical firm documents searchable through LLM powered interfaces, developing workflow automations across multiple platforms, automating recurring client communications, operational summaries, and internal reporting workflows, establishing centralized and searchable data structures that improve the firm's ability to retrieve institutional knowledge and historical records, and assisting in expanding the firm's Microsoft based AI ecosystem using multiple integrations.
