The AI/ML Engineer is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions to address complex business challenges. This role involves designing and optimizing algorithms, building predictive models, and integrating AI/ML systems into production environments. The AI/ML Engineer collaborates closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI/ML solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. Research and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends

Qualifications Skills/Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras) Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques Experience with big data tools and platforms (e.g., Palantir, AWS, Azure) Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Education/Experience:

3+ years of professional experience building, deploying and maintaining AI/ML models end-to-end in production environments Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Secret clearance required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $170,000.00 to $210,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
