Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Define AI architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. Mentor and guide AI developers, data scientists, and engineers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards. Drive technical decision-making and solution design discussions.
AI/ML Development:
Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, and NLP use cases. Design and build Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks. Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop APIs and microservices for AI solution integration.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements. Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. Present technical solutions and recommendations to leadership teams.
Project Delivery:
Lead AI project planning, estimation, and execution. Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives with high quality. Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills :
AI & Machine Learning:
Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, and open-source models like Meta Llama. Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics. Knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
Programming & Frameworks:
Expert-level proficiency in Python.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks:
TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn LangChain LlamaIndex Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Cloud & Data Platforms:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with MLOps and deployment tools. Knowledge of vector databases and knowledge management platforms.
DevOps & MLOps:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment frameworks. Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
