Full Time with Benefits Job Description Key Responsibilities Build and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. Conduct data analysis, model development, and experimentation using Python. Solve real-world business challenges with supervised and unsupervised learning methods. Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate models into applications. Evaluate, fine-tune, and maintain model performance for scalability and reliability. Required Skills & Experience Strong programming skills with Python. Solid experience with supervised, unsupervised, and evaluation techniques. Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning. Experience in propensity modeling across campaigns and marketing analytics.
