Chandler, AZ, Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC Fulltime Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation & AI Engineer with strong expertise in Tanium, database technologies, Python automation, and emerging AI-driven operational use cases. The role focuses on building scalable, intelligent automation solutions across endpoint management, data platforms, and IT operations in a secure, enterprise environment. The candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, data, and AI teams to enhance system reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency through automation and analytics. Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Tanium platform administration and engineering. Expertise in Tanium modules, sensors, packages, and remediation actions. Proficient in Python for automation, scripting, and data processing. Solid experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Strong SQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning. Experience building and consuming REST APIs for system integration. Working knowledge of Windows and Linux endpoint and server environments. Experience handling large datasets, telemetry, and operational metrics. Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases in IT operations. Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI usage in enterprises. Familiarity with security, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated environments.

Experience:

Minimum 6+ years Roles & Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support Tanium modules including Asset, Deploy, Patch, Comply, and Interact. Create and optimize Tanium sensors, packages, and saved questions for automation and compliance. Automate endpoint visibility, patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Integrate Tanium data with reporting, monitoring, and downstream enterprise systems. Develop Python-based automation for infrastructure operations and analytics. Build data pipelines and integrations for endpoint, system, and operational telemetry. Design and optimize SQL queries, data models, and database performance for reporting use cases. Apply AI/ML or GenAI concepts for anomaly detection, alert enrichment, and predictive operations. Support AI-assisted troubleshooting and intelligent remediation workflows. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and audit standards. Participate in change management, risk assessments, and production readiness reviews. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and AI teams to deliver automation solutions.
