We are seeking a Finance AI Engineering Manager to lead the AI transformation of Finance within the SigniFi program, enabling next-generation capabilities across Transact, Treasury (TMS), FlexOps, and SAP BTP. This role will serve as the primary AI lead for Finance Technology, responsible for implementing an AI-enabled SDLC (SASA / AI-first delivery model), accelerating Digital FTE outcomes, and embedding intelligent automation and decision support across global finance platforms. The candidate combines AI/ML expertise, SAP technical depth, and finance proven experience, with a strong ability to translate strategy into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Strategy & Finance Transformation Leadership Serve as the AI lead for all Finance Technology initiatives within SigniFi Define and implement the AI roadmap for Finance (Transact, TMS, FlexOps) Drive the transition toward Digital FTE and AI-augmented operations Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across Finance processes 2.
