Data Scientist

Job Description We are seeking a well-rounded Data Scientist to support the development of advanced AI/ML solutions focused on claim automation and intelligent document processing (IDP). This role will work on building scalable systems that reduce manual intervention in claims workflows by leveraging a combination of traditional machine learning techniques and AI/LLMs. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, creative, and technically versatile, with the ability to take ambiguous business problems and design end-to-end technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade Generative AI and agentic solutions
• Build AI agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and context engineering pipelines
• Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for secure access to tools, APIs, and data sources
• Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns and multi-agent systems
• Write production-level Python code and support full AI lifecycle (design → deployment → monitoring)

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Data Science)
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and NLP (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases)
• Proven experience with: ○ Context engineering (prompt design, structured outputs, context management) ○ Agent frameworks and orchestration systems ○ Multi-agent architectures and A2A communication
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with data acquisition, transformation, and large-scale data processing
• Solid understanding of ML theory and model lifecycle (training, evaluation, monitoring)
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building MCP servers or similar tool-integration layers
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and model versioning
• Knowledge of observability and responsible AI practices
• Experience working with enterprise-scale data systems and APIs
• Exposure to financial services or insurance domain Background working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
