Job Description We are seeking a well-rounded Data Scientist to support the development of advanced AI/ML solutions focused on claim automation and intelligent document processing (IDP). This role will work on building scalable systems that reduce manual intervention in claims workflows by leveraging a combination of traditional machine learning techniques and AI/LLMs. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, creative, and technically versatile, with the ability to take ambiguous business problems and design end-to-end technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop production-grade Generative AI and agentic solutions
Build AI agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and context engineering pipelines
Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for secure access to tools, APIs, and data sources
Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns and multi-agent systems
Write production-level Python code and support full AI lifecycle (design → deployment → monitoring)

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Data Science)
Strong experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production environments
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and NLP (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases)
Proven experience with: ○ Context engineering (prompt design, structured outputs, context management) ○ Agent frameworks and orchestration systems ○ Multi-agent architectures and A2A communication
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with data acquisition, transformation, and large-scale data processing
Solid understanding of ML theory and model lifecycle (training, evaluation, monitoring)
Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience building MCP servers or similar tool-integration layers
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and model versioning
Knowledge of observability and responsible AI practices
Experience working with enterprise-scale data systems and APIs
Exposure to financial services or insurance domain Background working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
