Role Location:
Farmington, CT Setting:
Monday through Thursday in-office; Fridays remote. We are looking for curious, driven recent graduates who are excited about the future of AI and eager to learn. As a Junior Prompt Engineer , you will help design, test, and refine prompts that guide AI systems (like ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to produce high-quality, accurate, and useful outputs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, problem-solving, and continuously learning , even if you don't have prior experience in prompt engineering. What You'll Do Design and iterate prompts to improve AI-generated responses Test outputs from AI systems and identify areas for improvement Analyze responses for accuracy, tone, relevance, and consistency Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams Document best practices, patterns, and prompt strategies Learn new AI tools and adapt to evolving technologies Support development of use cases across domains (customer support, content generation, automation, etc.)
What We're Looking For Must-have:
Recent graduate (any field-Tech, Business, Humanities, etc.) Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and critical thinking Ability to experiment, iterate, and learn from feedback Nice-to-have (not required): Basic understanding of AI, ChatGPT, or large language models Experience with writing, research, or content creation Exposure to Python, APIs, or data tools (a plus, not mandatory) Background in linguistics, psychology, journalism, or computer science
