Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a Director of Generative AI Product Strategy to help shape, build, and scale AI‑powered products that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer experiences. This role will play a key part in advancing enterprise‑wide AI adoption, working closely with business leaders, engineering, data science, risk, and compliance to bring responsible, impactful AI capabilities to market. Key Responsibilities Own and help evolve the organization's AI function, including governance, product strategy, enablement, and the broader journey toward becoming a GenAI‑fluent organization Lead the development and delivery of AI solutions across areas such as decisioning, fraud prevention, personalization, and operational automation Partner with data science and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable AI products, models, and platforms Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements as well as ethical, fairness, and risk management standards Leverage experimentation, analytics, and performance metrics to validate hypotheses and continuously improve product outcomes Clearly articulate product vision, roadmap, progress, and business impact to senior leadership and key stakeholders Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences Drive alignment across cross‑functional teams through strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and executive‑level communication Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years focused on AI and/or machine learning-driven products Demonstrated success delivering AI‑enabled solutions within a regulated environment (financial services experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and modern data infrastructure Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to operate effectively at all levels of an organization Hands‑on experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
