Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an IT Lead AI Solutions Architect, where you'll play a pivotal role in integrating AI tools into legal workflows and driving technological innovation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with legal professionals, ensuring seamless technology adoption and process optimization. Responsibilities Design and implement AI systems that enhance legal workflows and automate processes. Collaborate with attorneys to develop and refine internal tools, ensuring they meet user requirements and are production-ready. Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from design to deployment and maintenance. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality standards. Monitor and optimize tool performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Translate legal requirements into technical specifications and build intuitive solutions. Work with IT and Security teams to ensure proper hosting and integration of tools. Skills Proven expertise in AI/ML engineering, including LLMs, computer vision, and NLP. Strong background in full-stack development and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure). Ability to develop strategic technical visions aligned with business goals. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred Skills Experience in legal operations or familiarity with legal processes. Proficiency in MLOps for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to redesign processes for efficiency.
