$125 per hour (DOE) Overview We're looking for a Senior Analyst to support a high-impact AI-focused initiative for our client, helping to structure and scale how advanced AI tools and frameworks are used across the organisation. This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who can operate independently, drive structured change, and work across both technical teams and business stakeholders. Context The organisation has recently completed a major AI build and is now in a deployment and optimisation phase : Rolling out AI capabilities across the business Transitioning commercial models (e.g. seat-based to usage-based pricing) Exploring emerging tools and capabilities The immediate priority is a programme focused on designing and implementing "Skills" - a structured way of packaging prompts and organisational knowledge to enable consistent, scalable use of AI tools. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and rollout ofSkills frameworks across the organisation Codify business knowledge into structured, reusable prompt-based assets Drive a methodical and scalable implementation of new ways of working Act as a bridge between business users, data engineers, and external vendors Lead a small-scale process and change initiative linked to AI adoption Define and implement the structure, interfaces, and governance around Skills usage Collaborate closely with internal teams and external data partners Establish best practices for consistent and effective use of AI tools Key Requirements Strong Senior Analyst experience with a track record of delivering change initiatives Proven experience with Skills by Anthropic / Claude Skills Experience working on AI or advanced tooling-driven projects Understanding of structured prompting concepts (e.g. Skills, reusable prompt frameworks) Ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders across multiple teams Experience collaborating with data engineers and technical teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Desirable Experience Exposure to tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms Experience within implementation or transformation programmes Familiarity with usage-based pricing or product rollout environments Awareness of emerging tooling and automation approaches Profile Highly intelligent, proactive, and delivery-focused Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive adoption Hands-on and commercially aware CONTACT Kitty Herlihy Principal Recruitment Consultant
