AI Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented AI Trainer to play a critical role in the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing training of artificial intelligence tools across our law firm operations in person at our Newburgh, NY location. This position is centered on delivering high-quality, practical training that empowers staff at all levels to confidently and effectively integrate AI into their daily work. In this role, you will educate and guide employees on using AI platforms to improve efficiency in legal workflows, including case management, pleadings, trial preparation, and administrative processes. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening employee capability through continuous learning, improving operational efficiency, modernizing legal workflows, and ensuring the firm fully leverages emerging technology. Duties Design and deliver engaging training programs that emphasize hands-on learning and real-world application of AI tools in legal workflows. Conduct both group training sessions and individualized coaching, reinforcing learning through repetition, feedback, and practical exercises. Train staff on how to use AI platforms effectively, including crafting and refining prompts, evaluating outputs, and applying AI responsibly and ethically. Assess training needs and adapt instructional approaches to different skill levels, ensuring all employees build confidence and competence over time. Assist in integrating AI solutions into existing workflows, with a focus on reinforcing adoption through ongoing training and support. Demonstrate real-world use cases such as drafting pleadings and correspondence, summarizing case files, conducting research, performing document analysis, and automating workflows. Develop clear, accessible training materials, guides, and reference documentation to support continuous learning. Provide ongoing post-training support, coaching, and refresher sessions to ensure sustained adoption and skill development. Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. Ideal for recent college graduates (0-3 years of experience). Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. Strong interest in training, teaching, or knowledge transfer, with an understanding of how adults learn and adopt new technologies. Comfortable experimenting with prompts and iterating to improve AI-generated results. Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to supporting others' learning and development.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
