Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
AI Strategy & Vision Define and maintain Arch's enterprise AI strategy aligned with 2030 objectives & vision. Identify high-impact AI use cases and set measurable goals for adoption and impact. Develop appropriate governance frameworks to enable AI adoption with the right controls. Prepare Arch for advances such as agentic AI and autonomous systems. Executive Leadership Engagement Actively partner with senior leadership to prepare Arch for AI impact across four pillars: Business- Customers, brokers, distribution, new products, emerging risks and claims. Workforce
- Productivity, training, literacy, and future talent and skills assessment. Governance & Controls
- Legal and regulatory compliance, AI efficacy, and ethical AI. Technology
- Advanced AI capabilities, and tools, platforms, infrastructure and data needs.
Required Skills and Abilities:
15+ years in AI strategy, delivery, or technology leadership roles. Deep understanding of AI technologies, applications, and governance needs. Deep understanding of insurance-related data, and the data needs to support AI broadly. Experience managing enterprise-level programs and cross-functional initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in quantitative, business or technology-related discipline preferred. Ability to travel 1-2 days monthly or as needed. Desired Skills and Abilities Visionary thinker with strong execution discipline. Comfortable navigating complexity and rapid technological change. For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.For White Plains, NYC:
$260,000- $350,000/year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
