Full-Time / Subcontract Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, AI Chatbots, and Azure OpenAI Services . The ideal candidate will design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy scalable AI solutions that support enterprise use cases such as conversational AI, text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services. Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and chatbot technologies. Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Azure OpenAI models for business-specific use cases. Build intelligent NLP solutions for text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI. Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in production environments. Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and response quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI applications. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and Azure ecosystem advancements. Troubleshoot model performance issues and deliver innovative solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI frameworks AI Chatbot development Azure OpenAI Services Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as: PyTorch TensorFlow Hugging Face Transformers Experience integrating and consuming Azure OpenAI APIs.

Strong understanding of:

Prompt Engineering Data Preprocessing Model Evaluation and Performance Tuning MLOps Best Practices Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying AI applications on Azure cloud platforms. Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies. Experience with enterprise-scale AI solution development and deployment. Familiarity with AI governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
