Looking for Product Engineers rather than traditional developers Team has shifted from buy vs build to building products internally due to strong in-house development capabilities Candidates should have strong end-to-end software development experience, including full stack and mobile development Microsoft environment with Azure DevOps; tech stack specifics are flexible if candidates can learn quickly Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is required Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including admins and VPs Need people with vision who can listen carefully and clearly understand what business partners are trying to achieve Looking for collaborative individuals with a strong desire to learn Mix of technical and non-technical interaction responsibilities Utility industry experience is preferred but not mandatory Open to entry level candidates as well, provided they have a strong attitude and solid technical foundation Team currently uses Gemini and Perplexity AI tools
