Senior Software Development Engineer (AI Agentic & Full Stack) Are you ready to enhance the enterprise software lifecycle by blending solid engineering with cutting-edge AI? We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team as we transition into an AI-augmented development model. In this role, you will contribute to a dual mission: implementing agentic AI workflows to modernize our core Vista ERP platform and accelerating the delivery of next-generation features that will empower the global construction industry.

What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will be a key contributor to our shift toward an AI-augmented development model, moving beyond traditional software engineering. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement agentic AI workflows that help automate maintenance and reduce technical debt, ensuring our flagship Vista ERP product continues to deliver high-quality solutions for the AECO sector. Key Exciting Responsibilities Develop and implement agentic AI workflows to help automate maintenance, refactor legacy code, and suggest architectural improvements within the Vista ERP ecosystem. Leverage AI agents to automate the generation of code, documentation, and unit tests, speeding up the delivery of new features. Build and maintain full-stack solutions, including .NET Core services in Azure (AKS), WinForms, and Blazor web applications with a focus on reliability and security. Contribute to the modernization of application architecture by integrating AI-driven patterns to ensure the platform remains scalable. Collaborate on quality automation and CI/CD pipelines, including unit testing and security scans, to ensure high-quality software delivery. Participate in technical whiteboarding and deep-dive sessions to resolve complex maintenance challenges and support future-proof solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience Experience:
5+ years of relevant technical experience in software engineering.
Leadership:
Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
AI/LLM Proficiency:
Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and building agentic frameworks.
