Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lake Oswego, OR, for a Staff AI Engineer. The Staff AI Engineer will design and deploy advanced artificial intelligence models and algorithms, facilitate research and development into machine learning techniques, and build robust software systems. The role will involve working collaboratively across teams, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation in AI applications. The engineer will also evaluate and improve the performance of current AI systems while ensuring scalability and reliability. Qualifications Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks Strong foundation in Computer Science with the ability to handle advanced programming tasks Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related technologies Proficiency in Software Development, including design and implementation of scalable systems Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment Experience with AI model optimization and performance tuning is a plus Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desirable
