Description:
We are looking for an AI Integrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that enhance business operations and drive innovation. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, assess technical feasibility, and ensure seamless deployment across various platforms. This position will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include evaluating existing systems, recommending AI-driven improvements, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This position will also be expected to stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Advanced Machine Learning and proactively identify ways to leverage these technologies for competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in AI frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms, and an understanding of processes and improving them using AI and data analytics tools. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a passion for innovation are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI integration strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities. Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms. Evaluate and improve existing business processes using AI. Evaluate and improve file naming conventions and file hierarchy to better accommodate AI integration. Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with current systems, including any license changes required to implement new processes. Monitor and optimize AI system performance. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Document integration processes and best practices. Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies. Conduct training sessions for staff on AI tools and solutions. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in AI integration and deployment. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataverse) Experience working with ERP solutions (Trimble Vista, ProjectSight, Procore, AutoDesk Build). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with API development and integration.
