Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven AI Specialist to design, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency across our heavy equipment business. This role will focus on leveraging AI to streamline workflows, improve service operations, enhance predictive maintenance, and support data-driven decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes across service, parts, operations, and administrative functions to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
  • Design, develop, and implement AI models to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and increase efficiency
  • Build predictive maintenance models to reduce equipment downtime and improve service scheduling
  • Develop automation tools for tasks such as reporting, scheduling, inventory management, and customer communications
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into operations and performance metrics
  • Train internal teams on AI tools and ensure adoption across departments
  • Monitor performance of AI systems and continuously improve models based on real-world results Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics (industry experience preferred)
  • Experience working with operational data, ideally in heavy equipment environments
  • Experience with AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
