12+ months About the Role We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS, leveraging modern MLOps practices and cloud-native architectures. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions on AWS. Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP applications, and Generative AI solutions. Implement and maintain scalable AI applications using AWS services and cloud-native architectures. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and Large Language Models (LLMs). Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models using AWS SageMaker and MLOps best practices. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. Evaluate and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for domain-specific use cases. Monitor model performance, ensure reliability, and optimize inference costs. Maintain technical documentation and follow security and compliance standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning fundamentals. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML workloads. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based application development. Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data engineering concepts.
