Contract To Hire Responsibilities Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and autonomous task execution. Implement workflow configuration in Azure Foundry/AWS Bedrock. Develop prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool-calling mechanisms. Create multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server or Semantic Kernel. Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI responses. Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI agent operations. Monitor agent performance, reliability, and response quality. Ensure responsible AI practices including security, governance, observability, and compliance. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions. Requirements Hands-on experience developing AI agents automation using Azure or AWS. At least 2+ years in software development with Agentic AI implementation experience. Strong in Azure Foundry/AWS Bedrock related agentic automation development. Proficient in Python, SQL, Pandas. Good exposure to agile testing processes. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
