Job Description
To support the training, adoption, and ongoing use of Pride's existing artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions focused on practical AI use
- Conduct group trainings, onboarding sessions, and one-on-one coaching
- Partner with leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives
- Identify areas in need of process improvement
- Stay current on AI trends, models, and regulatory considerations and translate them into actionable insights
- Advise departments on AI adoption, tool selection, and implementation approaches
- Guide departments in effective prompt engineering and workflow design
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documentation
- Promote responsible and ethical AI usage
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
- Must be a friendly team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to:
- Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Work and communicate effectively with multiple departments as a cross functional team
- Facilitate change, often with limited time constraints
- Develop and manage multiple project plans and timelines according to project scope Must have:
- Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
- A strong working knowledge assessing, implementing and monitoring AI and automation
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic working knowledge of Sharepoint, MS project or a similar project tracking application
- Excellent web navigation skills
- Basic familiarity with AI tools, workflow building, or process improvement methods preferred
- Basic understanding of Lean Principles preferred
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating complex business operations and/or process improvements, OR at least 1 year of experience gathering and documenting complex requirements, determining project scope, and managing information technology systems launch processes
- At least 1 year of experience using AI tools for workflow building or process improvement preferred
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI) preferred
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
