Desired:
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and emerging technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Experience deploying models into production and monitoring performance (MLOps), including model lifecycle management and performance tracking. Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., SSIS, AWS Glue, or similar tools). Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and responsible AI practices. Knowledge of IT testing methodologies and/or project management. AWS and/ or Power BI certifications. Experience with robotic process automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere). Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior analytics staff.
