The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, .NET technologies, ReactJS, and modern cloud-native architectures . This role will be responsible for building intelligent agent-based applications that leverage LLMs, workflow orchestration, enterprise integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes. The candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive technical decisions across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud platforms. Experience Required 10-15 Years Key Responsibilities Agentic AI Solution Development Design and develop Agentic AI applications capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. Build AI agents using modern GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks. Implement multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and tool integrations. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI-driven workflows. Full Stack Development Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using .NET and ReactJS. Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React. Implement reusable UI components and modern frontend architecture. Architecture & Leadership Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions. Mentor developers and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. AI Integration & Automation Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business workflows. Implement workflow automation and AI-driven decision support systems. Enable human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms where required. Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, and scalability. DevOps & Cloud Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation. Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Deploy and manage AI-powered applications in cloud environments. Ensure observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
