Job Description

AI Data Engineer On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an AI Data Engineer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's office.
Job Description:
This role involves working on AI-related projects, specifically focusing on collections analytics, and may support other projects as needed. The position is part of a Business-As-Usual (BAU) team and aims to enhance the bank's data capabilities through advanced AI and machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain back-end data systems using Python and PySpark. Collaborate with team members to contribute technical ideas and solutions. Engage in AI and machine learning projects, utilizing CoPilot and VIBE coding. Support the integration and enhancement of legacy systems such as Oracle and SQL Server. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to project deliverables.
Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of back-end development experience within a data workspace. Strong expertise in Python and PySpark for development. Proficient in AI and machine learning skills, including CoPilot and VIBE coding. 10+ years of banking or financial experience. Experience with legacy tools and technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, Mainframe. Currently or recently employed by a bank or financial institution. Minimum graduate degree required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
AI certifications. Machine Learning certifications. Data Science certifications. Experience with collections analytics or AI-related projects. Long-term interest in the company with potential for full time conversion.
Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.
Assignment Location:
