Location:
This position is based out of our Charlottesville Support Center Office, located in the Dairy Market. This role offers a hybrid schedule, balancing occasional on-site work with remote flexibility. Candidates must be within driving distance of the office for on-site days. Holidays to rest and recharge Tuition Reimbursement & Certification Assistance to support your professional growth Wellness & Discount Programs to help you lead a healthy and balanced life Cell Phone, Mileage, & Gym Membership Reimbursement for your convenience Responsibilities Design and build scalable data pipelines and models to support analytics, reporting, and operational workflows Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt to support analytics, automation workflows, and AI-driven applications Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, file transfers, and other integration methods Enable AI and automation use cases by ensuring high-quality, well-structured, and accessible data for agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows Partner with analytics and business teams to deliver accurate, reliable data solutions and dashboards Collaborate with AI and automation practitioners to operationalize use cases including document processing, workflow automation, decision support, and agent-based interactions Support automation and AI initiatives by ensuring strong data foundations and system connectivity Partner with application owners and vendors to understand system capabilities, APIs, and constraints impacting automation and AI integration Monitor and maintain data quality, implementing testing and validation processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, integrations, and performance Collaborate with application teams and vendors to understand data flows and system behavior Contribute to system implementations, data migrations, and ongoing optimization efforts Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, or related technical roles Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python Experience building data pipelines in Snowflake and working with DBT or similar tools Experience with platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools Experience with APIs, file-based integrations, and modern data platforms Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or similar Ability to troubleshoot data quality, integration, and performance issues across systems Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments preferred Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards is a plus Strong skill set in prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and working independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information $100,000 - $120,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
