Required Skills:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience developing large-scale, enterprise-grade applications. Proven expertise in Python, with strong object-oriented programming and application design skills. Hands-on experience working with Postgres and building web applications. Deep understanding of Generative AI solutions, including AWS Bedrock and MCP. Expertise in prompt engineering and best practices for AI model deployment. Skilled in designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Strong debugging, testing, and optimization abilities. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based deployment. Leadership experience managing both on-shore and off-shore engineering teams. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with LLMs and microservice architecture. Knowledge of SOA principles and enterprise software design. Professional certifications in cloud or AI technologies. Interest in learning new tools, languages, and development workflows.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree or higher in computer science, IT, or engineering. Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
Other Requirements:
This role involves 2 days onsite at our client s facility in either Holmdel, NJ or Jersey City, NJ. Flexibility to adapt to project needs is essential.
