8 years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead and drive large-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML, experience managing cross-functional programs, and the ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or program management role Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and data-driven platforms Hands-on experience with Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Google ADK, or similar technologies Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions in production environments Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills Experience working with data, analytics, and AI-driven platforms Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and analytics programs Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, and business teams Manage project roadmaps, milestones, status reporting, and executive communications Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges while ensuring successful delivery Support deployment and scaling of AI-driven solutions and agent-based systems Ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable program execution Preferred Qualifications Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field Experience with evaluation frameworks for AI agents Knowledge of optimizing AI systems for performance, scalability, and cost Experience delivering large-scale AI platforms with measurable business impact Thought leadership or contributions within the AI/Agentic AI space Additional Information Hybrid role: 3 days onsite per week in Cupertino, CA Video interviews (Skype/WebEx) accepted Opportunity for long-term engagement and potential permanent conversion
