• Design and own the enterprise AI governance framework, including policies for responsible AI use, model risk classification, and escalation protocols across all client AI initiatives.
• Establish observability standards - logging, tracing, and monitoring pipelines for all deployed AI agents - using Vertex AI, Cloud Logging, and Google Cloud Platform-native tooling to ensure full auditability.
• Define and enforce data privacy guardrails, PII handling rules, and bias-detection checkpoints in alignment with Client's legal, compliance, and security requirements.
• Build and maintain model performance dashboards and alerting systems to track drift, latency, accuracy, and cost thresholds across production agents in real time.
• Act as the internal authority on AI regulation and industry standards (NIST

AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001

), partnering with legal and IT risk to keep Client's AI posture audit-ready.
