This role is an opportunity to help shape how AI gets deployed across a growing business while also contributing to the strategy and operational work that drives performance. Responsibilities — What you'll do: Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases: Partner with businesses to build and manage a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows Develop prompts, structured workflows, and lightweight tools to automate business processes System integration Connect AI workflow with core systems (HHAeX, Newton Smart, Snowflake) Ensure AI safety through controlled environment Manage AI environments, including access controls, permissions Establish guidelines for handling PHI Monitor usage, performance Maintain auditability and traceability of AI workflows Build internal AI capability Ensure core knowledge and capabilities are retained in-house, even when working with external vendors Support training and enablement of AI across staff Manage centralized library of prompts, skills and best practices Qualifications — We need someone who: Has 1-3 years of development experience. Has a bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field. Basic programming skills (e.g., Node.js, Python) Strong logical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into automated workflows Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude Understanding of fundamental IT support concepts (operating systems, networking, common troubleshooting) Nice to
Have:
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) or API integrations Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, ES6). Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) Familiarity with software best practice: Git, version control, clean code principles. Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
