Job Description

A professional services firm in New Jersey is actively seeking a new AI Lead to be the technical authority and strategic driver for AI within an enterprise delivery platform. •This is a Remote opportunity.•
Responsibilities:
Tracking and evaluating AI advancements Translating trends into platform capabilities Advising leadership on AI adoption Establishing best practices for model management Designing the platform's semantic routing layer Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven expertise Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of modern AI systems Experience in AI evaluation and governance Strong strategic thinking Excellent communication skills Problem-solving ability
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced Degree AI-related certifications Proficiency in AI systems
