LP Job Summary:
This role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into product development lifecycles to enhance efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions that directly improve product velocity and developer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, repeatable tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize AI use cases to improve product development. Rapidly prototype AI-driven workflows and agents using various tools. Develop reusable AI assets like prompt libraries and workflow templates. Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into existing product workflows. Establish metrics and measure the impact of AI adoption.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience with AI coding tools Strong understanding of software development lifecycles Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value
Industry Experience:
Experience in product operations or technical program management within a technology-focused industry is preferred for this role.
