AI Program Manager Location:
Houston, TX (Onsite - 5 days/week)

12+ Months Contract Job Summary The AI Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This hybrid role demands strong leadership in agile environments, stakeholder management, and expertise in AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML programs, from ideation to deployment, using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or SAFe. Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to define roadmaps, mitigate risks, and resolve dependencies. Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources; track KPIs such as ROI, model accuracy, and deployment velocity. Facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive reporting, demos, and change management for AI solutions. Identify opportunities for AI process improvements and mentor junior PMs on best practices. Qualifications Bachelor''s/Master''s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field; PMP, CSM, or AI certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) preferred. 5+ years in program/project management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), or data engineering. Proven track record managing complex tech programs; experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Tableau. Strong knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, NLP) and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). Excellent communication skills; ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
