W2 ONLY - No C2C, No 3rd Parties Position Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Risk Management Administrator to support the establishment, implementation, and ongoing operation of enterprise AI governance and risk management programs within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring AI systems are designed, deployed, and managed responsibly while aligning with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, internal policies, and enterprise risk objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of AI/ML knowledge, governance expertise, and risk management experience, with the ability to partner across business, technology, legal, compliance, and security teams. This position requires someone who can bridge governance strategy with operational execution while helping mature scalable AI governance capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI governance structures, operating models, committees, and decision-making frameworks
  • Administer and maintain AI risk management frameworks, including policies, standards, controls, and governance procedures
  • Operationalize AI governance policies and standards across business and technical teams
  • Support AI system risk assessments throughout the AI lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, operation, and retirement
  • Maintain AI inventories, model documentation, risk registers, audit artifacts, model cards, and data lineage documentation
  • Monitor compliance with internal AI governance standards and external regulations related to privacy, security, and ethical AI practices
  • Coordinate governance forums and risk reviews with legal, compliance, security, and internal audit teams
  • Track AI risk metrics, incidents, remediation activities, and prepare reporting for leadership and governance committees
  • Support third-party and vendor AI risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities
  • Assist with AI governance training, awareness initiatives, and communication efforts across the organization
  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of AI governance capabilities, including automation, tooling, and integration into enterprise risk management processes What This Person Will Be Working On
  • Supporting the development and operationalization of enterprise-wide AI governance and risk management programs
  • Partnering with business, IT, legal, compliance, and security teams to enable responsible and scalable AI adoption
  • Ensuring AI systems align with organizational risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI standards
  • Supporting governance operations, documentation management, risk monitoring, and audit readiness activities across the AI ecosystem Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, model governance, or technology risk management environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing or operationalizing governance frameworks such as AI governance, model risk management, or data governance
  • Strong understanding of AI-related risks, including bias, explainability, model drift, data quality, and AI security vulnerabilities
  • Experience working with AI regulations and industry frameworks such as
NIST AI RMF, EU AI
Act, ISO/IEC AI standards, and SR 11-7 model risk guidance
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams (data science, engineering) and control functions (risk, legal, compliance)
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise governance, audit, compliance, or risk management initiatives
  • Stable enterprise work history required Desired Skills
  • 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
  • Experience working within large enterprise or Fortune 1000 environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance operating models and risk controls
  • Experience supporting AI governance tooling, automation, and reporting capabilities
  • Passion for responsible AI practices and emerging AI governance trends
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within highly regulated enterprise environments
