AI Solution Architect

We are looking for a tech-forward Operations Manager who can serve as an AI Solution Architect. You won't just manage people; you will manage our AI tech stack to automate our cross-docking workflow, scale our marketing, and eliminate manual data entry. You will lead the transition from spreadsheets to a fully automated agentic business system

Key Responsibilities Workflow App Development:

Lead the development and implementation of our custom WMS app using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Airtable, Softr) to handle inbound/outbound scheduling, pallet labeling, and automated inventory tracking.

AI Marketing & Lead Gen:

Manage Google Ads performance and implement AI agents (like Clay) for outbound sales and customer profile management.

CRM & Automation:

Build and manage a CRM that houses all client data, replacing manual spreadsheets with automated quoting, shipping, and billing sequences.

Customer Experience AI:

Implement and oversee Voice AI Receptionists and web chatbots to handle 24/7 quoting and customer support.

Tech Stack Integration:

Use tools like n8n to connect our various software (Google Drive, Email, CRM, WMS) into a single, cohesive operating system.

Expert Prompt Engineering:

Moving beyond ChatGPT to building multi-step logic in Claude Artifacts or OpenClaw.

Automation Platforms:

Proficiency in n8n, Make.com, or Gumloop.

Data Literacy:

Ability to structure databases in Airtable or SQL to support AI retrieval (RAG).

Logistics Knowledge:

Understanding of cross-docking, 3PL, and warehouse operations is a major plus
