Duties Agent Orchestration:

Design multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, or AutoGen.

Tool Integration:

Connect LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5) to external APIs (LinkedIn, GitHub, Apollo, Greenhouse/Lever).

RAG Implementation:

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines so agents can execute specified functions of the business.

Performance Tuning:

Monitor agent "thought traces" to reduce hallucinations and ensure high-quality candidate matching. Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of AI solutions, integrating advanced machine learning models and data processing pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional members to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate business needs into scalable AI architectures. Develop comprehensive system architecture diagrams using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to visualize components, workflows, and integrations. Implement and oversee cloud-based AI solutions utilizing cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security. Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless communication between AI modules and external systems. Establish best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC), including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), testing, and version control using tools like Jenkins or Git. Promote a solution-oriented approach by leveraging microservices architecture, containerization with Docker or Kubernetes, and service-oriented architecture principles to ensure modularity and scalability. Skills Extensive experience with cloud architecture on platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deployment of AI models in cloud environments. Strong proficiency in programming languages including Python, CrewAI, LangGraph, Java, C#, JavaScript, and Perl for developing robust AI applications. Deep understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra alongside traditional SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. Expertise in web development frameworks including Angular, React, Ember.js, Backbone.js, ASP.NET MVC, WordPress, and Bootstrap for creating engaging front-end interfaces. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles using WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), SOAP protocols, JSON/XML data formats for seamless system integration. Familiarity with DevOps practices including Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, Jenkins automation server, Ansible configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with software architecture patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), design patterns, microservices architecture, and system design best practices. Ability to work with various development tools like Visual Studio, Maven, WebSphere or Weblogic application servers; proficient in version control systems such as SVN or Git. Strong understanding of web services standards including

SOAP/REST

APIs; familiarity with web development technologies like

HTML5/CSS3/AJAX
