$130k-$220k base; 250k OTE Max; (Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and interview results)

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with energy storage customers and related companies in US, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities. Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side. Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers. Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement. Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments. Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk. Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience for PM, and 5+ years of experience for team management. Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery. Good at communication, with good logic, capable of data analysis and report writing. Experience working with global or international companies is highly preferred.
