Permanent Associate Director, AI Transformation & Learning Chicago, IL (Hybrid) | Up to $300,000 Base + Bonus One of the world's leading professional services organizations is building a next-generation Data & AI function and seeking a highly strategic leader to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, literacy, and transformation. This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, organizational change management, learning, and executive stakeholder engagement. You will help shape how thousands of professionals adopt, understand, and leverage AI technologies in their daily workflows while helping establish best practices for responsible and effective AI utilization across the enterprise. What You'll Be Doing Designing and executing enterprise AI adoption strategies Building AI learning and enablement programs Creating communities of practice and AI champion networks Developing practical guidance around AI tools and workflows Partnering with senior leadership on AI transformation initiatives Driving measurable adoption and engagement outcomes Ideal Background Direct experience building, implementing, or operationalizing AI products Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and emerging technologies Experience driving AI adoption, enablement, or organizational transformation initiatives Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business applications Experience working with sophisticated stakeholder groups in complex organizations We are specifically seeking candidates with direct AI product build and implementation experience, not purely advisory or conceptual AI exposure.
Compensation:
Up to $300,000 base salary plus bonus This is a rare opportunity to help shape one of the most ambitious enterprise AI transformation initiatives currently underway while working alongside senior leadership in a highly visible, high-impact capacity.
