Commitment:
20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation and medication management. Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards. Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency. Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior . Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment. Qualifications Must-Have Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license. Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible. Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license. Start Date Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
