$71.00•80.00/hour We are hiring an experienced Data Scientist for a highly visible temporary opportunity in Arden Hills, MN. This role focuses on building advanced AI and machine learning solutions that improve post-market complaint handling and business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in LLM engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, SQL, AWS, Azure, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy data science models and AI solutions in production environments Build and optimize RAG systems and Large Language Model workflows Analyze large datasets to improve product quality, operations, and customer outcomes Create custom algorithms, predictive models, and automated analytics tools Evaluate model accuracy, retrieval quality, and business impact Partner with Quality, IT, Engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions Maintain secure and compliant data systems across cloud platforms Support regulatory workflows through accurate classification and reporting tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of experience Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, vector databases, AWS, Azure Proven success deploying

LLM / RAG

solutions in production settings Experience with machine learning evaluation, model monitoring, and error analysis Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Local candidates preferred
