Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions. Support the development and implementation of advanced data models and machine learning algorithms. What's Needed? 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and software development tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects independently. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Experience with offshore support and hybrid work models is a plus. What's in it for me?
