Your Impact in This Role You will partner directly with the Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions teams to architect intelligent, real-time risk management products, heavily utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence. Your responsibilities extend beyond merely executing on a set roadmap; you will be a visionary strategist. You will define and introduce modern technologies to solve critical problems, including those our stakeholders haven't yet envisioned. This is a hands-on technical role. You are expected to dive deep into the codebase, write high-quality production code, actively participate in complex system design reviews, and mentor engineers through practical, on-the-ground technical leadership.
