This role is pivotal in offering enterprises the robust infrastructure and real-time solutions necessary to operationalize AI confidently. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to leading banks and government agencies. In this high-impact role, you will work on the East Coast US or Europe as part of a small, elite team that bridges engineering and customer deployment. You'll collaborate with global colleagues to address AI reliability and deployment on a grand scale, serving 34 clients. Your tasks will span debugging, integrating AI systems, and translating customer challenges into feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex deployment hurdles across diversified environments, adapting to operational and regulatory landscapes Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to implement AI systems with robust frameworks and workflows Craft seamless integrations for AI workflows across APIs and enterprise infrastructures Translate deployment issues into actionable insights for internal teams Engage with customer stakeholders on AI governance and approval processes •
Qualifications:
  • 3-8 years of professional experience post-bachelor's (1+ year post-master's is acceptable) Expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, APIs, and integration engineering Background in infrastructure or DevOps engineering, preferably from startups or solution firms Experience in customer-facing roles, interacting with engineering, security, and compliance teams Proficient in scripting with an ability to write and comprehend clean code Independent, able to navigate complex environments East Coast USA or UK location with flexibility for evening calls to collaborate globally •
