THE BUSINESS

An AI-driven prospect intelligence platform serving employee benefits brokers and B2B sales organizations by using AI and data mining to identify, score, and prioritize high-quality prospects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and launch the website, customer experience, and AI workflows Integrate APIs, automations, databases, and CRM systems Develop prospect scoring and intelligence systems Launch digital marketing and outbound growth campaigns Run operations, solve problems independently, and help scale the company

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Thinks like a founder Loves AI, automation, and technology Learns quickly and executes independently Entrepreneurial, organized, and highly motivated Comfortable building systems from scratch

PREFERRED SKILLS

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make, Airtable, APIs, AI prompting, basic web development, CRM systems, digital marketing, automation workflows, and project management.

COMPENSATION

Salary:
