Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications. Build and integrate AI-powered features and intelligent automation solutions. Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern frameworks. Create responsive and user-friendly front-end applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java preferred). Basic understanding of full stack development concepts and software engineering principles. Exposure to modern web technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks. Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies. Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or data-driven applications.
