Here's what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: Key Responsibilities
    Design and Development:
    Design and develop end-to-end conversational flows and agent logic using Dialogflow CX, incorporating best practices for dialogue management, error handling, and persona development.
      Platform Expertise:
      Utilize the Vertex AI Agent Builder console and Agent Development Kit (ADK) to build, orchestrate, and manage single and multi-agent systems.
        Integration:
        Integrate virtual agents with existing enterprise systems, tools, databases, and APIs using Python, Java, or Go to enable complex actions and real-time data retrieval.
        • Natural Language Processing (NLP) &
        ML:
        Implement and fine-tune generative AI models and use RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) capabilities within Vertex AI Search to ensure agents provide accurate and context-aware responses grounded in enterprise data.
          Testing and Optimization:
          Define and implement test cases to verify agent behavior, monitor performance in real-time, troubleshoot defects, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and efficiency.
            Collaboration:
            Work closely with conversational architects, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and deliver high-quality solutions.
              Deployment and Monitoring:
              Manage the deployment of conversational AI solutions using the Agent Engine for scalability and reliability, leveraging Google Cloud Trace, Monitoring, and Logging for observability
                Documentation and Best Practices:
                Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and workflows. Promote and enforce integration best practices and governance policies.
                Qualifications Educational Qualifications:
                A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
                Technical Proficiency:
                • Knowledge of Google Conversational Builder (DFCX) cognitive services
                • Knowledge of AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks
                • Familiar with software development lifecycle and different approaches
                • Knowledge of conversational designs, flow, and automated speech recognition
                • Experience in algorithms, computer visions, knowledge management, and conversational AI models
                • Familiarity with agile development processes and DevOps approaches
                • Working knowledge of frontend technologies
                • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs
                • Clean coding skills and best practices
                • Fundamental knowledge and experience in BigQuery, MySQL, or other databases
                Preferred Qualifications:
                • Proven experience building virtual agents using DFCX, GenAI playbooks
                • Experience with

                        • Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $133100.00
                        • $199700.00/yr. We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification. Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc. Our full-time, internal employment benefits include the following:
