Long-Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI architecture, cloud platforms, and modern AI frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead the implementation of LLM-powered applications using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other foundation models. Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and knowledge management solutions. Define AI governance, security, scalability, and performance best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance business capabilities. Design and implement AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering strategies, and orchestration workflows. Establish monitoring, observability, and responsible AI practices for production deployments. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of overall software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on Generative AI solutions. Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Databases. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in Python and modern API/microservices architectures. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms. Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms. Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Experience designing enterprise-scale AI architectures in regulated environments. Relevant AI, cloud, or architecture certifications are a plus.
