Job Description:

Design and establish the architectural blueprint for GenAI solutions, including reference architectures and technology standards for deploying LLMs, RAG systems, and AI Agents. Develop and deploy high-impact GenAI solutions, including creating POCs and prototypes. Architect and implement GenAI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), incorporating performance optimization techniques. Collaborate with various teams to translate business problems into AI solutions and provide technical leadership. Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and ethical standards, establishing AI guardrails and compliance rules. Stay informed on emerging AI trends to shape the company's GenAI roadmap. Skills and Experience Significant experience in AI/ML and cloud architecture with demonstrable GenAI projects. Experience deploying AI applications into production with a focus on monitoring and improvement. Strong skills ML frameworks Familiarity with cloud-based AI services like AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI services. Background in NLP techniques and tools (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers). Experience with microservices, APIs, and DevOps/MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).

Experience:

>10 YEARS . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
